With a perfect balance of guided adventures and free time, this trip lets you soak up Peru’s diversity at your own pace. Glide through the Amazon’s lush canopy from the comfort of our exclusive G Lodge, then shift gears to marvel at Peru’s dramatic landscapes and rich history. Trace the paths of the Incas with a scenic train ride to Machu Picchu, explore vibrant markets, and take an optional flight over the mysterious Nazca Lines.

Highlights
Explore the ancient salt pans of Maras and the terraced ruins of Moray, Experience the magic of Machu Picchu alongside a local expert, Spot wildlife from the intimate G Lodge Amazon deep in the jungle, Watch condors soar over the dramatic landscapes of Colca Canyon, Immerse yourself in local traditions with a homestay on Lake Titicaca, Marvel at the mysterious Nazca Lines from above

Accomodation
Please note that hot water shortages and power outages can be fairly common in Peru (even in upgraded hotels and private homes). We appreciate your patience and understanding that these occurrences are outside of our control.

Group Leader
This G Adventures group trip is accompanied by one of our group leaders, otherwise known as a Chief Experience Officer (CEO). The aim of the group leader is to take the hassle out of your travels and to help you have the best trip possible. They will provide information on the places you are travelling through, offer suggestions for things to do and see, recommend great local eating venues and introduce you to our local friends. While not being guides in the traditional sense you can expect them to have a broad general knowledge of the countries visited on the trip, including historical, cultural, religious and social aspects. We also use local guides where we think more specific knowledge will add to the enjoyment of the places we are visiting - we think it's the best of both worlds.
